Meet Adored By Alex. She is always rocking an upscale Texas fashion while mixing the perfect combination of preppy with chic. We have had the honor of knowing Alex since we were little girls in Arizona. Alex and her mother have always been known to look fabulous while hosting glamorous house parties. Here are some of her secrets to success:
Q: Give us your best "15 second elevator pitch" on who you are!
A: An Arizona native, but Texas transplant; I’m the blogger behind the personal style and lifestyle blog Adored by Alex. My little slice of the internet catalogues adorations and inspirations for the everyday gal.
Q: Sometimes its hard to stay motivated in this industry, what inspires you daily?
A: Naturally, things and people around me are daily inspirations, but I’m guilty of scrolling through Instagram and Twitter for inspiration.
I’ve also been working on being diligent at reading a page from my Jesus Calling book which my boyfriend gave to me during my senior year of college. I find that taking a moment to read the corresponding dated page brings me solace and helps me start my day on the right, inspirational foot.
Q: What are your tips for current lifestyle bloggers?
A: Be yourself. You never know when you may come across someone who is a difference maker. Stay true to your passion and your dreams and you will have a hard time not finding happiness and direction in your life and work.
Q: You're attending a party/event. What small details do you seem to notice first?
A: The ambience. As the daughter of two phenomenal party planners - my grandmother and mom - I can’t help but initially take notice of the total package; the ambience of the event or party is key to its success and of course, my enjoyment!

Q: Whats the most memorable event you've ever attended and why?
A: This past February, I had the pleasure of attending the Tommy Hilfiger show on my last morning of Fashion Week. I knew no one else there and it was rather surreal walking into the venue space. Photographers were snapping my photo, screaming at me, and once I made it inside the Park Avenue Armory I was astonished by the full-on football field setup, complete with jumbotron. Every detail was thought out, down to the playbook attached to a clipboard at every seat. The icing on the cake was sitting only a few rows away from Rachel Zoe, Olivia Palermo and the like. One of the most memorable events I’ve ever attended!
